I walked into that photo shoot nervous and unsure of how my body, the body that is marked and stretched from carrying three beautiful babies would look in front of a camera. Best Day Ever! What started as an anniversary gift for my husband turn into the most powerful gift I could ever give myself. I originally booked my shoot in hopes of gifting him the perfect anniversary gift (BTW it IS the perfect gift). What I didn’t know was the intense repair my soul was going to receive that day! Boudie Day itself is nothing short of amazing! You get dolled up, to feel and look like an absolute Queen! Colleen and Amanda are two of the most amazing people ever. They both do an incredible job of making you feel comfortable in your own skin. I have never been comfortable in my own skin. I always go negative before I go positive. There is something about these two that pull you out of whatever funk you might be in and just let you be free! Reveal day was mind-blowing! For the first time ever I saw what my husband always tries to get me to see.... and then some! You will always be your biggest critic and I think we need to be a bit more forgiving. We’ve all been though some shit, but I promise you self love goes a lonnnggg way. So if you are on the fence- JUST BOOK IT! I promise you this will change your life!

I booked with Colleen and Amanda for a few reasons. 1. I wanna be able to look back at these when I'm 70 and be like "yes girl!". 2. My husbands 30th birthday. 3. I had our first child last year and since then we have been dealing with a large scope of medical issues. Overall, ya girl needed some fun. Hair and makeup was great on its own. The artist was super easy to talk too and made my vision of myself come to life! I'm not one to wear a full face of makeup all of the time. I'm also not one to be super revealing when it comes to my body. I went a different direction and brought along jeans, boots, modest panty/bra set and a big tulle skirt. I was nervous that Amanda and Colleen would think I was nuts, but they were all for the subtle sexy vibe! I can't wait to put one of these bad boys up on the wall in my closet to remind myself on good days and bad, that I'm *that bitch*. This experience is worth doing if for no other reason than to remind yourself that the stretch marks, scars, and boogers on your shirt don't completely define who you are!

I debated about doing this for a while, not as a gift to my significant other or anything but for myself since I've always struggled with self confidence and hated the way I looked. I was even close to backing out at the last second but I decided to just do it. Amanda and Colleen were so welcoming and friendly and made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked in the door. It was really fun, even though I was full of nerves and insecurities. I was still nervous right up until the photo reveal and when I saw all the photos I felt so beautiful, I literally loved all of them which is rare for me, anytime someone takes a photo of me I tell them to delete it cause I look ugly but not this time, I was shocked! I'm really glad I was able to have this experience, if anyone is struggling like I am with self confidence, I encourage you to book, they make you feel like a queen!

When booking my boudoir shoot, I was extremely nervous and wasn't sure if I was confident enough. All of those insecurities were thrown out the window the second I walked into the studio! I was welcomed by three beautiful amazing women and was pampered with some mimosas, makeup and hair. The makeup artist was amazing and so easy to talk to when she was glamming me up. Colleen and Amanda were so great with helping me pose and just making me feel so beautiful. After posing for about 10 mins, I felt like I've done this a million times with how much they were amping me up! Their personalities mesh so well together and I truly believe this is what they were meant to do! I would personally recommend them to anyone, so if you're hesitant on taking this step, I say do it! I'm so glad that I took it because I'm going into the new year with new confidence and these photos to look back on.

My friend and I had a photo shoot with these ladies a couple months ago and I love my photos. We made it a girls day! We drank mimosas and had snacks though out the day. We had a blast having are hair and make up done and sharing this experience with each other. Colleen and Amanda were fun to be around and they made it easy. They make you comfortable and help choose the outfits to bring out your best assets. I told them some things I wanted them to focus on and they listened. I have always struggled with loving myself. My friend and I both worked really hard at loosing weight and getting our bodies back. So this was a great way to celebrate and and remind ourselves of our accomplishments.

I am the most shy and careful person but I was able to do a boudoir shoot because of Colleen & Amanda. They’re such a wonderful team and compliment each other so well when working together in their studio. I considered cancelling multiple times, but am so glad I stuck with it. It was not at all what I had feared or thought it would be and actually was the exact opposite. I was pampered with mimosas, getting my hair/makeup done, and was constantly being told by Amanda & Colleen how amazing I looked. It was so uplifting and made me feel confident in myself, which is hard to feel sometimes! They got down on the floor to show me how to do poses and even fixed my wedgie for me at one point! I laughed throughout my whole shoot because of how ridiculous I thought I was looking during poses/facial expressions, but after seeing my image reveal I was shocked at how I actually looked in those moments. It was 100% the best wedding gift I could’ve given to my husband. He was so surprised and caught off guard that I would give him something like that. The book/pictures were so tasteful and classy. I was worried about the way they would look, but it was better than I pictured and I would never be embarrassed if someone came across it in my house. It’ll be something to look back at for years to come and appreciate how I looked in my 20’s. If you’re on the fence or trying to talk yourself out of it, DON’T! It’ll be the best gift to yourself and to whoever you may share it with!

Ladies! If you ever thought about doing a boudoir shoot. Do it. For years I always wanted to do one, but at the time I was married and he always said it was stupid. Why would you want to do that. So it just was out of sight out of mind. Fast forward a few years, separated, we both moved on and in the process of a divorce. So I thought, maybe now would be a good time to do something for me. Something that empowered me, something that made me feel good, something I could look back at and say..WOW...that is me! I am so glad I finally got the chance to do this shoot. The nerves were there but quickly disappeared. Makeup by Mia first. We had so much in common, and conversation was easy. Amanda and Colleen had the studio, and outfits set up perfectly. Maybe it was the mimosas but nothing was weird at all. I'm so thankful for them and this opportunity. Do it for you!

I've been trying to think how to describe this day and seeing these pictures. It truly is empowering to someone who doesn't feel the greatest about their body. I'm also a full on introvert so getting me out of my comfort zone is a lot of work. But these ladies make you comfortable in the most uncomfortable positions. I felt powerful and sexy that day and I remember that feeling whenever I look at my pictures. If you've ever thought of doing a boudoir shoot with these incredibly talented ladies but the way you feel about yourself is holding you back for some reason, do it anyway. I told myself I would lose weight by the time the shoot came around (I didn't) and I still felt amazing.

My shoot was an amazing experience to say the least. Even though I was prepared I was NOT prepared for how easily Amanda and Colleen made me feel self confident and empowered. I'm an almost 55 y/o grandma of 5 and mom to 4 amazing kids. Even though I only gave birth to one, my body has been through hell and back. I don't love my body, but looking at these pictures I almost like it. Truth is, I did this for myself as well as my hubby. He loves me and let's me be who I am. He doesn't try to shove me into a mold. I'm outspoken, independent and a handful at times. These pictures show a gentler side of me. Thanks ladies for finding the right light and angles to make me beautiful. If you're on the fence about doing a session just say yes.

Ladies trust me when I say that if you have ever wanted to do a shoot for any reason, please just take the leap and do it!! I promise you will not regret it! I have never had an experience quite like this one. Just the atmosphere alone that they create is unlike anything else. I was welcomed with fun, upbeat music and a mimosa while getting hair and makeup done. During the shoot I felt so comfortable and carefree! From the get go it felt like I had known Colleen and Amanda for years! These ladies are so unbelievably welcoming, fun, are AMAZING at helping you pose and they are also the ultimate hype girls!! It's like having your own personal cheerleaders honestly! I don't think I've smiled that much in a long time! I felt absolutely fantastic the entire shoot and I had such a blast! I've literally never felt so pampered in my entire life. I left the studio with the biggest smile on my face! When it came time for my image reveal I was so excited, I couldn't wait! When I saw my photos I started to tear up because I couldn't believe it was me! If you want to do this but think you have to wait for a good enough reason to book a photoshoot... YOU ARE THAT REASON!! Do it for yourself, I promise you won't be disappointed!! I'm so happy I chose Colleen and Amanda to capture these! They are not only amazing photographers but amazing women that I am so glad to have met! I already can't wait to do this again!

Initially I had done a boudoir shoot with Wild Embers Photography as a wedding gift to my husband, but in the end, I think it turned out to be a gift to myself as well. My husband was absolutely floored and in awe by my photos. But I had no idea how much doing this photoshoot would empower me. Make me feel sexy. Make me feel hawt. I cannot get over how amazing the shoot itself was. Colleen and Amanda make you feel like a total bad bitch girl boss the entire time. If I could tell you a million times over, you HAVE to do this for YOURSELF! I have been wanting to do a boudoir shoot for the longest time but I kept telling myself you need to lose more weight, you need to get a tan first, you need to wait until your face clears up.....I am my own worst enemy! Self esteem has always been an issue for me. I had recently lost over 50 lbs and I have 2 wonderful boys which were both delivered c section. I needed to do this for me, to feel beautiful. Driving to the shoot which was about an hour away I was nervous as hell! Wondering how I was going to look when my makeup and hair was done and if I would look ridiculous in the lingerie I chose. When I walked into the studio I was greeted with the kindest sweetest hair and makeup artist who made me feel at ease immediately and struck up conversation the entire time. When she was finished with my hair and makeup I was completely shocked that was even me! Throughout the entire photo shoot Colleen & Amanda were basically my cheerleaders telling me how beautiful the shots were coming out and posing me and making me feel unbelievably comfortable in MY OWN SKIN! I am blown away with every single photo I have received! I can honestly say I have a new found confidence and am starting to love myself again! Please if you were ever on the fence about this DO IT!
