The two ladies of Wild Embers Photography captured our wedding day with photos more beautiful than I even thought possible.

Colleen and Amanda developed a relationship with me and my now husband months before the wedding, it felt like friends were photographing us, which made us very comfortable and that showed in our expressions. Even the posed portrait pictures look like a real moment in time. I am so thankful to have had them as our photographers, but also as friends in our life because they are just that wonderful :) Thank you Amanda and Colleen - your passion really shows through your work and I'm so grateful we met. Anything & everything you need to know!

Couples photographer

  • ..DUH. This isn’t a question for us, because we feel as though it shouldn’t be a question for anyone! Everyone deserves to celebrate their love, feel like they are on cloud 9, and have images to cherish at the end of the day.

  • To start, head on over to our CONTACT PAGE and fill out our form! We’ll chat over the details and then to secure your wedding date we take a 30% retainer fee and a signed contract. It’s that easy!

  • We book 12-18 months in advance, but please contact us at any time to check availability.

  • We wouldn’t have it any other way! We’ll see ya at your engagement session and better yet we love grabbing nosh or a cup of coffee with our clients!

  • Yes please, we love wedding planning! With our experience photographing weddings (and being married) we have a little experience under our belt. Let us know what you need help with, if you need recommendations, and if there’s anything we can do to make the process easier for you!

  • Absolutely! We never go home without your approval (and hugs). If you need us to stay longer, just ask!

  • We deliver an average of 80 to 100 individually edited images per hour of coverage.

  • It depends on the time of year but normally it takes anywhere between 8-12 weeks.

  • We are passionate about self love and body positivity. Of course, we’ll edit skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, scrape, acne, etc) but we will not modify your body or natural features. If you’re especially self conscious about something, please let us know and we’ll be extra aware of that while posing you.

    Did you know our middle name is actually adventure? Ok maybe not legally but our third favorite thing to do after photographing and cuddling our doggos is travel the world and we would love to do it with you!
